Social Media Wave is currently providing solutions to the Airline, Airport and Air Rail sectors in a Joint Venture with AirGate Solutions. Our continuous development for over 2 years is now entering the market place with new concepts for businesses engaging with the traveling public.

Notable milestones are:

  • Development of the "Passenger Experience Index" framework for Humanizing the interactions passengers encounter. Partnering with colleagues from Analytics, Market Research and Brand Consultancies with the concept as an Open Source Model to benefit all stakeholders.
  • Creation of the "Social Eminence Framework" and supporting workshops supported by key JV partners.
  • Development of a new subsidiary called "Social Loyalty Group" to provide Brand Loyalty programs with new extensible platforms and services.

Past accolades were for our Innovation Exchange Top 3 World Wide entry into Automotive Marketing with our "Green Family Fleet Program" created with a Social Media Community based Solution.
